Who we are

Koye AI ("Koye", "we", "us") is a product of Skadoosh Labs Inc, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware, USA 19958. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Koye AI app and website, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details: your mobile number and the language you choose.

Profile and CV details: what you tell our AI by voice or text, CVs you upload, and any photo you add, including your name, contact details, work history, education and skills.

Voice recordings and drawings: the voice notes and marks you make when giving feedback on your CV.

Job activity: jobs you are shown, jobs you like or skip, and applications made on your behalf.

Payment details: subscription status and payment history. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner Razorpay; we do not store them.

Device and usage data: app version, device type, crash logs and how you use the app.

How we use your information

To create and improve your CV, find jobs that match you, and apply to jobs on your behalf when you ask us to.

To process your Premium subscription, send OTPs and important account messages, and provide support.

To keep the service safe, prevent fraud, and improve our AI and features.

Sharing

When you apply to a job, we share your CV and relevant profile details with that employer.

We use service providers for hosting, AI processing, SMS and payments (including Razorpay), who may process your data only to provide services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Your data may be stored and processed outside your country, including in the USA.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your CV in the app, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data.

You can cancel Premium at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile, CV and recordings, except where we must keep records by law.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period after, as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes.

Children

Koye AI is meant for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will tell you about significant changes in the app.
