Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Skadoosh Labs Inc, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware, USA 19958, for use of the Koye AI app and website. By using Koye AI, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and account

You must be 18 or older and use your own mobile number. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your OTP private.

What Koye AI does

Koye AI helps you build and edit a CV by talking to an AI, shows you job openings, and can apply to jobs on your behalf.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any employment outcome. Employers make their own hiring decisions.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information, CVs, photos and recordings you provide. You give us permission to use them to provide the service, including sharing your CV with employers when you apply.

You confirm that what you provide is true and that you have the right to share it. Please review your CV before applying; AI can make mistakes.

Premium subscription

CV creation and editing are free. Applying to jobs and downloading or sharing your CV require Premium at ₹199 per month.

Premium renews every month through UPI Autopay until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the app; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not provide false information, impersonate anyone, misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use Koye AI for anything unlawful.

Third-party jobs

Job listings and employer websites are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, practices or decisions.

Limitation of liability

Koye AI is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Skadoosh Labs Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

Termination

You can stop using Koye AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without affecting any rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Koye AI after changes means you accept them.
